The list below covers full closures of interstates, ramps, bridges and primary roads, and single-lane closures at the bridge-tunnels and the Coleman, High Rise and James River bridges.
Scheduled closures are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

Bridges & Tunnels
Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, I-64
- Single-lane closures eastbound April 11-14 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel, I-664
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures northbound April 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
James River Bridge, Route 17
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.:
- Southbound April 12
- Both directions April 13
George P. Coleman Bridge, Route 17
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures in both directions April 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):
- Go to Elizabeth River Tunnels for maintenance schedules on the Downtown Tunnel (I-264), Midtown Tunnel (U.S. 58) and MLK Expressway (Route 164).
Interstate 64 (I-64)
I-64, Hampton
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-64 west to I-664 south (exit 264A):
- April 10 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- April 11-14 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-64, Express Lanes:
- Full consecutive closure in both directions:
- April 8 at 11 p.m. through April 10 at 3 p.m.
- April 11-15 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
I-64, Chesapeake
- Triple lane closures, including brief, intermittent stoppages, on I-64 east from Greenbrier Parkway (exit 289) to Battlefield Boulevard (exit 290) April 13 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-64 Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:

Interstate 564 (I-564)
I-564, Norfolk
- Consecutive, double-lane closures on I-564 in both directions between the runway tunnel and Terminal Boulevard April 8 at 7 p.m. through April 11 as late as 5 a.m.
Interstate 664 (I-664)
I-664, Chesapeake:
- Full closure of the off-ramp from I-664 south (exit 13B) to Route 58 east April 10-14 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-664, Hampton:
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 east (exit 1B):
- April 10 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- April 11-14 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 west (exit 1A):
- April 10 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
