JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is seeking information in locating a wanted individual.
The individual in question is 27-year-old Marquel Khari Allen. He has an outstanding felony warrant out of Williamsburg/James City County General District Court for breaking and entering with intent to commit assault.
Allen is described as 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 165 lbs. JCCPD lists his date of birth as Aug. 29, 1994, and his last known address is on Forest Heights Road in Williamsburg, James City County.
