The list below covers full closures of interstates, ramps, bridges and primary roads, and single-lane closures at the bridge-tunnels and the Coleman, High Rise and James River bridges.
Scheduled closures are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

Bridges & Tunnels
Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, I-64
- Mobile, single-lane closure westbound March 22 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Single-lane closure eastbound March 24 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel, I-664
- Alternating, single-lane closures southbound March 21-22 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Single-lane closure northbound March 23 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):

Interstate 64 (I-64)
I-64, Hampton
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-64 west to I-664 south (exit 264A):
- March 20 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- March 21-24 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- March 25-26 from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m.
I-64, Chesapeake:
- Intermittent stoppages on I-64 in both directions between Military Highway George Washington Highway (exit 297) and the High Rise Bridge March 20 and March 26 from 5-10 a.m.
- Triple-lane closures on I-64 east between the Twin Bridges and Indian River Road (exit 286B) March 21-23 from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., including intermittent stoppages starting at 11 p.m.
I-64, Express Lanes:
- Full consecutive closure in both directions March 25 at 11 p.m. through March 27 at 3 p.m.
I-64 Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:

Interstate 264 (I-264)
I-64 / I-264 Interchange Improvements Project, Norfolk/Virginia Beach:

- Alternating, multi-lane closures on I-264 in both directions from Newtown Road (exit 15) to Witchduck Road (exit 16) March 20-26 from 7 p.m. until as late as 10 a.m.
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the I-264 east collector-distributor road (outside set) from Newtown Road (exit 15) to Witchduck Road (exit 16) on March 20 and March 23-26 from as early as 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Alternating, double-lane closures on I-64 east at the I-264 interchange March 20 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the ramp from I-64 west to I-264 east (exit 284b)
- Alternating, single-lane closures on I-264 west between Witchduck Road (exit 16) and Newtown Road (exit 15) on March 18 at 7 p.m. to March 21 at 5 a.m. and on March 25 at 7 p.m. to March 28 at 5 a.m.
Interstate 564 (I-564)
I-564, Norfolk
- Consecutive, double-lane closures on I-564 east between the runway tunnel and Terminal Boulevard:
- March 18 at 7 p.m. through March 21 at 5 a.m.
- March 25 at 7 p.m. through March 28 at 5 a.m.
Interstate 664 (I-664)
I-664, Hampton:
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 east (exit 1B):
- March 20 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- March 25-26 from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m.
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 west (exit 1A):
- March 20 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- March 25-26 from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m.

- Consecutive single-lane closure on Route 143 (Merrimac Trail) east in the vicinity of Route 238 (Yorktown Road) March 14 through May 21.
Route 199, York County:
- Full closure of the on-ramp from Route 199 west (Newman Road) to I-64 west March 21-25 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Route 258, Isle of Wight County:
- Full closure of Route 258 (Prince Boulevard) in both directions between Route 460 (Windsor Boulevard) and Route 603 (Blackwater Road) at the railroad crossing, starting at 7 a.m. on March 21 through midnight on March 27.
Route 460, Isle of Wight County/Southampton Counties:
- Intermittent stoppages on Route 460 between Winston Drive and Tucker Swamp March 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
