JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a wanted person.
JCCPD is searching for Angela Lee Payson, whose last known address was on J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in Newport News.
There are two capiases out of Williamsburg-James City County Circuit Court for failure to comply with conditions of release (original charge: possession of schedule I/II drugs) and failure to appear (original charge: possession of a controlled substance.)
Payson’s date of birth is Feb. 8, 1974 and she is described as standing 5 feet 4 inches and weighing 140 pounds.
