JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a wanted person.
Joanna Beatriz Quintanilla, whose last known address is on Merrimac Trail, has three outstanding Capiases: two from Williamsburg/James City County General District Court (original charges: shoplifting), and one out of Williamsburg-James City County Circuit Court (original charge: assault and battery of a law enforcement officer).
Quintanilla’s date of birth is Dec. 26, 1991, and she is described as standing five feet seven inches and weighs 175 pounds.
