JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is investigating multiple incidents of theft from unlocked vehicles and vehicle tampering that occurred in the Liberty Crossing neighborhood.
Items stolen in the thefts, which occurred in the overnight hours of Jan. 26 to Jan. 27, include jewelry, electronics and gift cards.
JCCPD is asking the public for anyone who saw anything suspicious, know who may have been involved or have home security video camera systems, including doorbell cameras, that may have captured suspicious persons or vehicles during that time, to contact Investigator Sten at (757) 603-6044 or leslie.sten@jamescitycountyva.gov.
