JCC Development Review Committee Approves Two New Residential Subdivisions in Stonehouse

JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City County Development Review Committee approved two new residential subdivisions in Stonehouse during the Wednesday, Dec. 15 meeting.

The committee heard proposals for the two residential subdivisions, Stonehouse Tract S and Stonehouse Tract 11A.

According to the conceptual plan, Stonehouse Tract S would see new construction of 300 residential units consisting of 229 single-family units.

It would also include 36 multifamily units in structures between two to four units and 35 multifamily units in strictures greater than four units.

The homes would be built on over 173 acres located at 9150 Six Mount Zion Rd. and 9250 Six Mount Zion Rd.

Stonehouse Tract 11A would include new construction of 320 single-family units built on more than 131 acres on 9100 Six Mount Zion Rd.

The properties are governed by the approved Stonehouse Master Plan and proposals.

The project proposals were approved by the committee as being consistent with the previously approved Master Plan.
