JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City Service Authority (JCSA) is currently repairing a water main break in the Norge/Croaker area.
The places affected includes The Village at Candle Station, CrossWalk Church and several businesses.
Water service is expected to be restored by 4 p.m., according to James City County.
