YORK COUNTY — The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office (YPSO) responded to a single vehicle crash that caused damage to a light pole and signs in York County.
On Nov. 14 at approximately 7:45 p.m., a vehicle was headed south on Mooretown Road when it crossed the median at Reserve Way and continued through a grass lot, causing damage to a light pole, two signs, and some shrubbery.
The vehicle then continued about fifty feet into the wood line. YPSO stated that there was also significant damage to the vehicle, but did not provide any further details.
YPSO noted that it believes that the driver suffered from a medical condition that caused the accident. However, no further information was provided regarding the incident.
