WILLIAMSBURG — Aromas Coffeehouse Bakery and Cafe customers can get a taste of fall while supporting a good cause.
For the Ribbons (FTR) is teaming up with Aromas again to raise funds for patients with medical debt by introducing a new fall drink called the Pumpkin White Chocolate Mocha.
20 percent of proceeds from the drink will go toward patients at Lackey Clinic with medical debt from third-party healthcare providers, such as ambulance bills and hospital visits.
Lackey Clinic, 1620 Old Williamsburg Rd, is a faith-based free and charitable health care center for low-income, uninsured adults.
The Pumpkin White Chocolate Mocha is exclusively available until Dec. 21 at Aromas, located at 431 Prince George St. in Merchants Square.
FTR is a nonprofit student-run organization at William & Mary that raises money for those who are financially suffering from medical debt across the country.
FTR also partnered with Aromas earlier this year by creating a Lavender Coffee Smoothie to raise money for Sentara patients in need.
