Bridges and Tunnels
Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, I-64:
- Mobile, single-lane closures eastbound March 21 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel, I-664:
- Alternating, single-lane closures in both directions March 17-21 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures northbound March 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Single-lane closures, including brief, intermittent stoppages from as early as 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.:

George P. Coleman Memorial Bridge, Route 17:
- Single-lane closures, including brief, intermittent stoppages southbound March 24 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
HRBT Expansion Project:
Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):
- Information from Elizabeth River Tunnels for maintenance schedules and lane closures on the Downtown Tunnel (I-264), Midtown Tunnel (U.S. 58) and MLK Expressway (Route 164).
I-64
I-64, Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:
- Information about lane closures and other project impacts related to the I-64 Southside Widening High Rise Bridge Expansion.
I-64, Hampton:
- Brief, intermittent stoppages on I-64 in both directions between LaSalle Avenue (exit 265A) and the Hampton River Bridge March 18-22 from midnight to 4 a.m.
- Full closure of the off-ramp from I-64 east to Rip Rap Road (exit 265C) March 18 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Full closure of the off-ramp from I-64 east and west to Settlers Landing Road/Woodland Road (exit 267) March 18-21 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Long-term, continuous single-lane closure on I-64 in both directions, reducing travel lanes from three to two lanes between Settlers Landing Road/Woodland Road (exit 267) and LaSalle Avenue (exit 265A), with I-64 west traffic shifted to the I-64 east lanes. View the full traffic alert.
I-64, Norfolk:
- Long-term traffic shift toward the inside median on I-64 in both directions between Tidewater Drive and Little Creek Road (exit 276)
- Long-term, continuous, single-lane closure on the I-64 west on-ramp to I-564 west

Norfolk, Reversible Roadway:
- Full closure in both directions:
- March 18-22
- 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- 8 p.m. to 3 a.m.
- March 21 from 8-11:30 p.m.
- Consecutively from 8 p.m. on March 22 until 3 a.m. on March 25
Chesapeake/Norfolk/Virginia Beach:
- Express Lane closed westbound between the I-464 and I-264 interchanges March 17-21 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Express Lane closed westbound between Indian River Road (exit 286) and the Twin Bridges March 17 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Other Notable Closures
York County:
- Full closure of Route 637 (Crawford Road) to through traffic in both directions between Tower Lane and Crafford Road March 18-19 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
