WILLIAMSBURG — The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet on the William & Mary campus in Williamsburg Sept. 25-27 to conduct regular business of the board, the university announced.
Committee meetings will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday Sept. 25, in the boardroom of the William & Mary School of Education, located at 301 Monticello Ave., with meetings set to conclude at 5 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the board will attend a dinner with the Rector at a private residence.
Committee meetings will resume simultaneously in the Matoaka Woods and Dogwood Rooms of the W&M School of Education at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday Sept. 26. At noon, the full board will meet for a working lunch to discuss business related to Richard Bland College. Meetings will conclude for the day at 4:30 p.m.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., the board will meet in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Road for the recitation of the board pledge, pinning of new members and annual member photo. At 6:30 p.m., the board will attend a reception in the Wren Portico, to be immediately followed by a dinner for retired board members in the Great Hall of the Sir Christopher Wren Building.
The full Board will meet at 9 a.m. in the Matoaka Woods Room of the W&M School of Education on Friday, Sept. 27. The meeting will conclude for the day at 11 a.m.

Full meetings of the board to be held in the Matoaka Woods Room of the School of Education on Thursday and Friday are open to the public, but seating is limited. Due to space limitations, the meetings of the full Board will also be livestreamed on the Board of Visitors webpage at wm.edu/bovmeeting. There will be no opportunity for public comment.
