Chef Winslow Goodier is the culinary director for Nuttall’s Store in Ware Neck and the president of the Virginia Chefs Association, which is a chapter of the American Culinary Federation. He spoke with Tide Radio about the ways the VCA empowers chefs through education, seminars and more, and also highlighted their 50th anniversary celebration and fundraising event at Alewerks on Sept. 29.
