Chef Kenny Sloane has announced that he plans to open a new business in the City Center of Newport News. He’s calling it Chef’s Market, and it will offer a food market, butcher’s shop, retail, grab-and-go food options, games and entertainment including duck pin bowling and arcades, live music on select nights, and a brewery and distillery.
