WILLIAMSBURG — The William & Mary football team garnered a No. 16 national ranking in the AFCA FCS Coaches Preseason Poll announced Monday.
The announcement marks W&M’s third preseason national ranking, as it was No. 15 in the Stats Perform Preseason Poll and No. 17 in the Hero Sports Preseason Poll.
Led by a pair of consensus preseason All-Americans in senior left tackle Charles Grant and running back Bronson Yoder, the Tribe returns eight starters on offense and combines with a talented and dynamic group defensively.
W&M enters the 2024 campaign having posted three consecutive winning seasons. Additionally, the Tribe earned a top-25 ranking during each of the last three years.
