WILLIAMSBURG — William & Mary Athletics, in partnership with Aramark and the W&M Police Department, will begin alcohol sales from concessions areas at Zable Stadium for the 2024 season. In a continuation of the pilot program first launched at Plumeri Park in the spring of 2024, fans will now have the opportunity to purchase beer, wine, and seltzers for consumption in their seating areas.
William & Mary will incorporate alcohol management expectations as set forth by Aramark corporate policy, which includes:
- Alcoholic beverages will only be sold from Aramark concessions, located throughout the stadium on the main and upper concourses and on the visiting side.
- Fans wishing to purchase OR consume alcohol must have their identification verified by RMC event staff at a wrist band station prior to purchasing at a concession stand.
- No liquor will be available.
- Fans wearing a wristband will be permitted to buy a maximum of two drinks at a time, with a limit of four drinks per day.
- No unopened containers will be permitted to be sold.
- No outside alcohol will be allowed into the venue, and no alcohol will be permitted to leave the stadium.
- Sales and distribution of alcohol will stop at the end of the third quarter.
- All Aramark employees that serve alcohol will be certified in an accredited alcohol service program.
- The no-reentry policy at Zable Stadium will remain in effect.
