Hometown Radio Interview: The Williamsburg Winery Has A New Executive Chef, Riccardo Rinaldi [AUDIO]

Riccardo Rinaldi is the new executive chef at the Williamsburg Winery, having just joined the team in May. He and Chief Operating Officer Michael Kokolis came to the Tide studio to talk about Rinaldi’s vision for the Williamsburg Winery’s culinary offerings, both at the Gabriel Archer Tavern and at special events, including the Chef’s Notebook event July 23. Rinaldi shared what he learned about preparing food while being raised (and attending culinary school) in Italy, and while spending more than a decade in the restaurant industry in Washington, D.C. Kokolis also previewed some upcoming summer and fall wine releases. Listen here:
