WILLIAMSBURG — William & Mary Police are investigating an incident that occurred on Thursday where an object, accompanied by a written message, was thrown through a window into a building on campus.
According to an alert sent to the William & Mary community, there were no injuries, however, property damage did occur.
William & Mary said it was being treated as a criminal act and would be prosecuted as such.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is asked to contact William & Mary Police at 757-221-4596. Information may also be provided anonymously.
