WILLIAMSBURG — The Executive Committee of the William & Mary Board of Visitors is slated to meet in Williamsburg on Thursday, May 18.
The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. in the boardroom on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road, according to the university.
“The primary purpose of the meeting is to hear the Auditor of Public Accounts report, consider the proposed terms for the transaction enabling development of new dining facilities and the setting of the 2023-24 dining fee, and discuss a personnel matter,” it said.
The meeting is scheduled to conclude at 3:30 p.m., and the university said it may be held in open and closed sessions. Additionally, all times are approximate, and the committee reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary.
The meetings will be open to the public, but the university notes there will be no opportunity for public comment.
