JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County police are seeking two suspects who stole credit cards from a vehicle parked at Veterans Park on March 17.
The two unidentified suspects were caught on video attempting to make thousands of dollars of unauthorized purchases at the Target at the Monticello Marketplace at 4630 Monticello Ave., police said.
According to police, the younger of the two suspects was seen wearing a navy blue or black Champion sweatshirt, light gray sweatpants, a black Adidas ball cap and black sneakers.
The older suspect appeared to be wearing a black Adidas jacket, dark gray pants, black shoes and a black “Paper Boy” hat, police said.

Callers to the Crime Line and P3 Tips users may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 if the information provided leads to an arrest.
Police also remind the public to keep vehicles locked, valuables out of sight, be aware of surroundings and report any suspicious activity to authorities.
