WILLIAMSBURG — The William & Mary Board of Visitors is scheduled to meet Feb. 8-10 at Alan B. Miller Hall to conduct regular business of the board.
Committee meetings will begin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8 in Brinkley Commons and are scheduled to conclude at 5:45 p.m., according to an announcement from William & Mary, and at approximately 6:30 p.m., the board will attend a dinner at the Williamsburg Lodge.
Meetings will resume at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9 in Miller Hall. At 3 p.m., the Board will participate in a joint meeting of the W&M Foundation Board of Trustees, Alumni Association Board of Directors, and the Annual Giving Board of Directors in the Tidewater room at Sadler Center. At approximately 5:30 p.m., participants in the joint meeting, including members of the board, will attend a reception in the Chesapeake room.
On Friday, meetings will resume in Miller Hall with the full board at 9 a.m. which should conclude at 11:30 a.m. Members of the Board will then have lunch with the Cypher Society in the Executive Dining Room. The Friday morning meeting of the full board will take place in its usual meeting location and will be live-streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage.
The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment. William & Mary stresses all times are approximate, and the board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. A detailed schedule may be found on the Board of Visitors webpage.
