Ed Harris, CEO of Visit Williamsburg, spoke with 92.3 FM The Tide about some local holiday events, including live music on New Years’ Eve and the Winter Lantern Festival at Jamestown Settlement. The Historic Holiday Pass remains free and available for download through Jan. 2, and those who download the pass will gain access to select historic sites across the Historic Triangle, discounts at local restaurants, shops, lodging, and attractions, as well as the opportunity to earn prizes by checking in at participating local businesses.
Harris also looked ahead to some events in 2026, including the 12th Annual Winter Blue Jazz Fest, the Last Word Comedy Fest, Mardi Gras at Busch Gardens, and some major VA 250 events that will commemorate the 250th Anniversary of the United States.
Visit Williamsburg is the official destination marketing organization for Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. The organization also maintains the WilliamsBLOG, which is a great resource for tourists and locals alike. Listen here:
