Beau is the classic hound dog. Long floppy ears. An insatiable appetite for sniffing and eating. He is a tall, lean 60 pounds. He is a daily playgroup participant with all dogs, large and small. His previous owner said he gets along great with kids, but he has not lived with them. Beau’s feet and ears can be sensitive sometimes, and he really doesn’t like being poked and prodded at the vet. If you want a dog so you can hold them down while you mess with their feet, poke and prod their ears, and play with their food, then Beau says “move along, buddy, I ain’t interested.” But if you want a sweet, goofy best-friend with a big personality, then Beau says “BAWOOOO!” (which means: “Come visit me at Heritage Humane Society and Click Here for more info”).
