Hello, my name is Ernie and I arrived at Homes Fur Hounds with my brother Bert.
They say we were probably hunting dogs, but I guess we weren’t very good since we would rather hang around with our people than hunt.
I absolutely love all people and will follow you everywhere. I really like sitting next to someone on the couch watching TV. I will make a great family dog.
I do like other small dogs but I would also do great as the only dog in the house.
I’m between ages 3 and 4 and am a little guy at 21 pounds. I do really well in a crate and I’ve had all my shots, I’m neutered and micro-chipped, so what more could you ask for? Well, I guess I could walk better on a leash, and do make a little noise when I pick up the scent of something I’m chasing, but I’m willing to work on those if you’ll have me.
