James City County’s Abram Frink Jr. Community Center will close for almost two weeks for building maintenance.
Starting Tuesday, maintenance crews will work to refinish the gym floor and clean carpets and locker room tile, the county said in a news release.
The center, at 8901 Pocahontas Trail, will reopen July 9.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we make improvements to the center,” the release said.
While the center is closed, passholders can use the James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Road, from Monday through Friday.
Abram Frink Jr. Community Center passholders can also freeze their passes, which can be done by calling 757-259-4200 or visiting the James City County Recreation Center.
