New Town Dental Arts is pleased to welcome Dr. Omar Hasham to the practice.
Hasham was born and raised in the United Kingdom and graduated from Cardiff University School of Dentistry in 1994. He subsequently completed residencies in general practice, oral surgery and orthodontics before entering into private practice in London.
After spending years performing all aspects of dentistry as both an associate and senior dentist in several different practices, Hasham obtained his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians in Glasgow in 2002. He specialized in pediatric and orthodontic dentistry.
Hasham and his wife moved to the U.S. in 2002, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He has recently relocated to Williamsburg from Northern Virginia, where he mentored new graduates while working at a large, multi-office practice that served a diverse group of patients.
As a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, Hasham brings to the practice a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Hasham and his family, which includes his wife and two sons, currently reside in Fords Colony.
