UPDATED 9:56 a.m.  Williamsburg Police identified a 17-year-old Hampton teen as final person in an armed robbery at Quarterpath Inn on York Street.  Police have obtained petitions Thursday to charge the teen with robbery and use of a firearm to commit a felony.

A Hampton man is in police custody following an investigation into an armed robbery at the Quarterpath Inn last Tuesday.

Williamsburg police arrested 20-year-old Kwamen Jaquan Osborne Wednesday in connection to the robbery, in which three men allegedly pulled guns on the clerk and demanded cash. He was charged with one count of robbery and two counts of conspiracy.

Initially police suspected two men of committing the robbery, but investigators subsequently discovered evidence to charge and arrest Osborne for the crime, according to Maj. Greg Riley of the Williamsburg Police Department.

On April 14, police arrested Juwan Synquez Brown, 20, in connection to the case and was charged with one count of robbery. A second suspect was still at large Thursday, Riley said.

Brown and Osborne are being held without bond. Brown is scheduled to appear at Williamsburg James City General District Court on May 2. Osborne did not have an appearance date scheduled as of 11 a.m. Thursday.

If the public has any information on the incident, they are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or the Williamsburg Police Department at 757-220-2331.
