Abbitt Realty Company, one of the area’s leading locally owned and operated real estate brokerages, is pleased to announce their new office location in Williamsburg, VA.
The new location, at 1312 Jamestown Rd., Williamsburg VA 23185, will be the company’s newest office in Hampton Roads, and home to a growing team of market experts in the Williamsburg area.
“We are pleased to add our Williamsburg location, giving Abbitt the opportunity to continue to serve the Williamsburg area with the care and professionalism we’ve been able to bring to the area for over 70 years,” said Abbitt’s Principal Broker, Perry Pilgrim.
Leading the new branch location is one of Abbitt’s award winning brokers, Michael M. Gleason, who brings over 20 years of success and experience in the business to the team. “Michael brings a tremendous amount of energy to this new start-up and his wealth of experience will be a wonderful asset to our Williamsburg team and the hometown community,” added Stephen Abbitt regarding Abbitt’s decision to partner with Michael to launch the new office.
For more than 70 years, Abbitt Realty Company has been one of the foremost independent, family led real estate firms in Hampton Roads. The company was started by Monk Abbitt in 1946, who set out to meet the needs of families in historic Virginia. Under the leadership of Monk’s son, Richard, the company grew to include a vast property management portfolio and an extensive real estate development footprint. Today, a family led team of over 200 real estate professionals is pleased to carry on the company’s tradition of providing the most comprehensive, professional and friendliest real estate services in the community.
In 2017, with the opening of it’s new Williamsburg office on Jamestown Road, Abbitt Realty, and its award winning Realtors, will continue to grow and serve the Historic Triangle with the same unparalleled customer service that has been passed down for generations.
