York police seek alleged TV thief and ‘female accomplice’

Authorities are searching for a man and his “female accomplice,” who police say ran a scheme to steal two televisions from a Tabb Walmart.

According to a news release from the York Poquoson Sheriff’s Office, the alleged thief broke alarm tags from at least two televisions while a woman distracted employees by asking for help.

Police say the man ran out of the store with a television following a theft.

“He has even gone after the employees when they have approached him stealing the TV’s!” read the release.
