Williamsburg Police are investigating the theft of a vehicle that was later found stuck in a snow bank during a winter storm Saturday.
Police responded to an apartment in the 500 block of York Street around 4:50 a.m. Saturday after a man reported his car was missing, Williamsburg Police spokesman Maj. Greg Riley said.
The man told police he looked outside and noticed his 1995 Ford Taurus was missing, then called police, Riley said.
Police located the car around 11 a.m. the same day, stuck in the snow on the side of Zelkova Road.
The car has been returned to the owner, and there are no suspects at this time, Riley said.
