WAC Gives Back

Williamsburg Aquatic Club’s Level C swimmers recently participated in Operation Christmas Child.

Together they packed and wrapped almost 20 shoeboxes for children in need around the world, more than 100 countries. The contents included things like gloves, toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, small toys, crayons, notebooks, and more.

While this is a national Christian-based service project, the act of giving further united our swimmers from all religious backgrounds and reminded them about the importance of giving. The shoebox gifts were delivered to a local church that serves as drop-off location. May the children who receive these boxes find warmth, joy, and love from our Level C swimmers. #WACgivesback
