Ethan Garrett Stallings, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016. Ethan was born in Athens, GA and became a Yorktown resident in 1999. He attended Grafton High School and was employed as a landscaper with Kingsmill Resorts, Williamsburg.
Ethan is survived by his daughter, Kayleigh; his parents, Joyce and Jeff Stallings; a brother, Dylan Stallings; his paternal grandmother, Shelley Stallings; his maternal grandparents, John and Betty Mayes; uncles, Rodney Mayes and his wife Kate; Neil Stallings; Evan Stallings; aunts, Valerie Arias and her husband David; Nicole Stallings; Deb Mayes; and numerous cousins.
Ethan is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Stallings and his uncle, Steve Mayes.
Ethan will be remembered for his kindhearted nature and quick and easy smile.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, Nov. 12th at 2:00 pm at Denbigh Presbyterian Church. His family invites all those who knew and loved him to join in the celebration.
