Clotilde Olivia Curtis passed away Oct. 29, 2016. Born in Panama on June 3, 1930, she is survived by her daughter, Meosotis (Meo) Curtis and her husband, Jeff; daughter, Maria Bakley and her husband, Edward (Ed); son, Joseph (Joe) Curtis and his wife, Karel; son, Shepard (Shep) Curtis; grandchildren, Cynthia (Cindy) Smith and her husband, William (Bill), Kristina Workman and her husband, Leeman (Jack) Jeremiah (Jeremy) Curtis and his wife, Tasha, Kelsey Curtis, Joshua (Josh) Curtis, and Katelyn Curtis; and great-grandchildren, Austin Miller, Olivia Boggess, Jacob Boggess.

Clotilde known as “Olivia” to her family and friends was retired from York County School System where she worked at Bruton High School in the cafeteria. She loved to go fishing, gardening vegetables and beautiful flowers. She will be greatly missed, as she unconditionally believed in the very best from everyone she loved.

A visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 5pm to 7pm followed by a service. Burial will take place Greenlawn Memorial, 2700 Parish Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 on Friday, Nov. 4 at 11:30am. Online condolences may be offered at www.nelsencares.com.
