Judith L. “Judy” Baldwin Tullio, 68, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016. She was a native of Seward, PA, and resided in Yorktown for over 27 years. She was a registered Dental Hygienist and worked in both the civilian and federal sectors for many years.

Judy had a big heart and was genuinely loved by everyone who called her ‘friend.’ She enjoyed working with her hands and had hobbies that included needlework, painting, basketweaving, and gardening. Her summer flowers were her pride and joy.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Bertha Baldwin, and her sister, Beverly Baldwin Yonker. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Carl; her children, Joseph Tullio (Carolyn), and Amanda Tullio (Dan Durso); grandson, Nico Joseph Wei Tullio; and her dog, Zoey.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 10:00 until 12:00 Noon at Claytor Rollins Funeral Home, Poquoson, immediately followed by a service celebrating Judy’s life officiated by Dr. Skip Hathaway. Friends are invited to present their favorite ‘Judy anecdote’ during the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local Alzheimer’s Association.
