A woman called police on Sept. 9 after a man exposed himself to her while she was eating at Sal’s by Victor, located on the 1200 block of Richmond Road, said Maj. Greg Riley of the Williamsburg Police Department.

The woman said that around 1:15 p.m. a man stood in front of the window where she was seated and pulled down his camouflage shorts to expose his groin, which was covered by a green thong, Riley said.

The man walked away from the window toward Monticello Avenue. A second woman told police that, as the man was walking away, he exposed himself in the same manner to her, Riley said.

Police are still looking for the man, who they describe as being between 30 and 40 years old. Anyone with information on the incident should contact the Williamsburg Police Department at 757-220-2331 or call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
