Grab your leashes and lace up your sneakers! On Saturday, October 15, the Revolutionary City is officially going to the dogs! Join George Washington, Liberty, and the Heritage Humane Society as they lead the pack in a march from Palace Green down Duke of Gloucester Street to the Capitol.
Check-in begins at 9:15 a.m. with a NEW Halloween Costume Contest this year at 10:30 a.m. The walk will kick-off at 11 a.m.
Click here to RVSP for the event.
You’ll also enjoy samples of dog treats whipped up by the Colonial Williamsburg apprentice chefs at the Williamsburg Farmers Market (while supplies last), bid on 18th-century-inspired pet products during a live auction, and get your picture taken with your pup!
The event is free, but donations to the Heritage Humane Society are extremely appreciated.
