Betty Hill Jackson, 91 of Williamsburg, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Williamsburg Sentara Hospital.  She was born on December 14, 1924 to the late William Noble and Ethel Reese Hill.

She was a veteran of World War II and member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church for more than 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Larry and their daughter Sally Ellen Jackson.  Survivors include two daughters, Pattie (Larry) Wolf of Littleton, Colorado and Mary Ann (Steve) Forrest of Chesapeake; son Bill Jackson of Williamsburg; two granddaughters, Sarah Feinman of Denver, Colorado and Stephanie Forrest of Chesapeake; two grandsons, Cody (Bessy) of Littleton, Colorado and James Forrest of Fairfax, Virginia; two great-grandsons, Mason and Wyatt Wolf and great-granddaughter Avery Wolf.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 18, 2016 at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, Williamsburg, followed by a reception at First Colony Club House. Inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery with honors.
