Colonial Williamsburg recently announced a change in management at The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg.
As of July 6, Trilogy Spa Holdings, an operator of luxury spas, assumed responsibility of the day-to-day management of The Spa and its facilities.
According to a recent press release from CW, modifications to the spa menu and brand are expected to take place in the next three to six months.
Since its inception in 2007, The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has been operated by The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. It will now be managed by the brand responsible for the Guerlain Spa in Manhattan’s Waldorf Astoria, the Sisley-Paris Spa at The Carlyle in New York and the Well & Being Spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Arizona.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Trilogy,” Florencio Ferrao, Colonial Williamsburg vice president of hospitality said in the release. “We look forward to enhancing our guests’ stays by providing them with the most original and innovative spa, fitness and wellness experiences while capturing the beauty and culture of Colonial Williamsburg.”
The Spa is open to day visitors and guests of Colonial Williamsburg hotels, which include the Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg Lodge, Providence Hall, Colonial Houses – Historic Lodging, Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites and Governor’s Inn.
