Behind goals from Dylan Lorio-MacNamara and Adam King, Grafton was able to defeat Jamestown 2-0 on the road Monday.

Lorio-MacNamara started the scoring in the 43rd minute with an unassisted goal that put the Clippers up 1-0.

In the 54th minute, Adam King collected a pass from Andrew Bender and beat the Jamestown keeper for the game’s final score.

Grafton (9-3-1) will face a quick turnaround on the road against Warwick. Jamestown (4-6-1) will face a tough road test against Lafayette on Friday.

Fontaine’s Hat Trick Lifts Bruton Over Lafayette

Lanson Fontaine scored a hat trick in the second half, as Bruton defeated Lafayette 4-0 at home on Monday.

After a scoreless first half for both teams, the Panthers took advantage of an injury-ravaged Lafayette and posted four goals over the final 40 minutes.

Bruton (7-4) has now won back-to-back games and will hit the road against Poquoson on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Lafayette (5-4-2) has been held winless over its last three games. The Rams will try to rebound at home against Jamestown on Friday.
