Grafton’s offense was on full display Thursday evening as the Clippers ran past Warhill 7-1 on the road.

The Clippers opened the game with a goal in the opening minutes of play thanks to Keyteh Thongvastha, who scored off an assist from Chase Greene.

Later in the half, Adam King scored his lone goal of the game. King’s goal was followed by back-to-back goals from Patrick Garber, which put Grafton on top 4-0.

Greene gave the Clippers a 5-0 lead, which was followed by Warhill’s lone goal in the second half.

Garber capped off his hat trick in the second half, scoring off an assist from Greene. A goal from Brandon Berube finished the game’s scoring as the Clippers routed the Lions.

Grafton (8-3) will host Tabb on Friday, while Warhill (5-3-2) will visit New Kent on Monday.

Tabb Knocks Off York 

A goal from Matt Montgomery proved enough for Tabb to take down York on the road Thursday evening.

After a scoreless first half, Montgomery found the back of the net in the 75th minute, which ended up as the game-winning goal for the Tigers.

Tabb (4-3-1) has now won back-to-back games and will look to continue that winning streak on the road against Grafton on Friday.

Meanwhile, York (10-2) will look to rebound during a road game against Grafton on Tuesday,
