Ann Vosnick Kozlowski, 97, of West Point, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016.

She was a member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church. A caregiver and seamstress, Ann was a woman of many talents. She was a very generous, caring, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Thomas Kozlowski.

She is survived by her two children and their spouses, Tom and Ronnie Kozlowski and Sarah and Freddie Hodges; brother, Henry Voznick; three grandchildren and their spouses, Todd Hodges, Keith and Shelley Hodges and Keri and Scott Bailey; and eight great-grandchildren.

A rosary service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, April 22, at Vincent Funeral Home, 417 11th St., West Point. The family will receive friends after the service until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
