A group of ninth-grade students from Veritas Preparatory School recently stopped by Consulate Health Care’s Envoy of Williamsburg to deliver donations to the residents.
The school, which opened its doors in August 2014, offers a religious, classical education to students in sixth through 12th grades.
Veritas students Paulo Chisari, Emma Blackford and Katie Rose Beatovich delivered a donation of soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks, puzzles, coloring books and colored pencils to the residents at Envoy as part of a Lenten project that focused on charity and acts of mercy.
Students from throughout the school contributed to the donation collection, and several students also made Easter cards to share the joy of the season with the residents.
