Kimberly Lynn Bishop King, age 48, of Williamsburg, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her son, Tyler King; brother, James Bishop; and father, Jerry Bishop.
Kimberly served our country in the U.S. Air Force, was a member of First Simple Church, and food server at Chili’s Restaurant. She enjoyed knitting and art. Kimberly was a very fun-loving person. She had a giving heart and would rather go without so others could have and expect nothing in return.
Kimberly is survived by her mother and stepfather, Sandra and Donald Lunceford; son, Mack Spratley Jr.; daughter, Danielle King (Kirk James); siblings, Jerry Bishop Jr.; Shannon Sonnenburg, Eugene Lunceford; and grandchildren, Adaya James, Amara James, Jamel Brown and Tymia Brown.
Friends of the King family request for charitable donations be made to tmcfunding.com in order to help with the many future challenges and expenses they will face.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at First Simple Church, 16401 Chickahominy Bluff Rd., Williamsburg at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23.
Please leave online condolences for the family at Bucktrout Funeral Home.
