Warhill finished its regular season with a commanding 56-31 road win against Gloucester on Thursday.
Led by Keely Rochard’s 20 points and Kieran McClure’s 12 points, Warhill dominated early and often against Gloucester during what resulted in a comfortable win.
Warhill jumped out to a quick 15-3 lead against Gloucester in the first quarter. The Lions extended their lead by three points in the second quarter to establish a comfortable 26-11 halftime lead.
The third quarter put the game out of reach for Gloucester, as Warhill racked up 21 points during an eight-minute span. The offensive outburst from Warhill gave the Lions a 47-18 lead heading into the final quarter.
Reserve players carried Warhill down the stretch in the fourth quarter to the victory.
Warhill (11-9) will host either Southampton or Colonial Heights on Thursday during the second round of the Conference 25 tournament.

Walsingham Cruises Past HRA
Walsingham Academy took down Hampton Roads Academy 44-30 at home Thursday.
The first half proved slow for both teams as points were few and far between. HRA edged Walsingham by one point in the first quarter, but the Trojans battled back to outscore the Navigators 9-5 in the second half.
By halftime, Walsingham had a narrow 15-12 lead over the Navigators.
The Trojans blew the game open in the third quarter when the Trojans outpaced HRA 13-3. A high-scoring fourth quarter allowed Walsingham to hold off HRA for the win.
Walsingham (6-12) will host USA School on Monday, while HRA (3-10) will host Norfolk Collegiate next Thursday.
