James City County residents can learn about the upcoming budget process and chat with county staff during a Neighborhood Forum on Wednesday.

The forum is slated for 6:30 p.m. Jan. 13 at the James City County Recreation Center, located at 5301 Longhill Road.

This month County Administrator Bryan Hill will discuss the goals for the fiscal year 2017 budget and how residents can participate in the process. The James City County Police Department will share an update and county employees will engage in a question-and-answer session with residents.

The Neighborhood Forum is a series of community engagement events focusing on education and dialogue that take place on the second Wednesday of every other month.
