Haley Cunningham dropped 21 points to help Grafton defeat York on the road 54-37 Saturday afternoon.
Grafton battled with York through the first quarter before pulling away in the second quarter. The Clippers were able to find consistent offense from inside the paint and beyond the 3-point line, hitting seven 3-pointers in the game.
By halftime, the Clippers held a 33-21 advantage over the Falcons.
The third quarter was more of the same as Grafton began dominating the Falcons on the glass and in the paint. Grafton center Mikaela Swann assisted to the run and added 12 points for the Clippers in the win.
Madison Van Dyke led York with 14 points in the losing effort.
Grafton (4-4) will host Jamestown on Jan. 5, while York (1-6) will travel to play Smithfield Jan. 5.
