Celebrate Thanksgiving at a Williamsburg Area Restaurant

WARAMany families around the Historic Triangle are looking forward to sitting down Thursday to a home-cooked feast, but what happens when the best-laid Thanksgiving dinner plans go awry?

Whether you lack any skill in the kitchen or you would simply prefer to spend your time enjoying the company of loved ones rather than cooking, a number of area restaurants are opening their doors on the holiday to feed those who want to pass off the task of cooking the big meal to someone else.

The Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association has compiled a list of eateries within its organization that are open Thanksgiving day, which includes the following:

  • The Crust
  • Fireside Chop House
  • Golden Corral
  • Hair of The DoG Bottle Shop
  • Huzzah
  • Kings Arms Tavern
  • Le YaCA – BOOKED
  • Opus 9 Steakhouse – BOOKED
  • Riverwalk Restaurant
  • The Huntsman’s Grill
  • Seafare of Williamsburg
  • Seasons Restaurant
  • Stephanos
  • The Trellis
  • The Whaling Company
  • Two Drummers Smokehouse
  • Williamsburg Inn
  • Williamsburg Lodge’s Traditions Restaurant

The restaurants that are currently booked anticipate they may have some cancellations as the day approaches and encourage interested parties to call and inquire about filling available reservations slots as they arise. Potential guests to all listed restaurants are encouraged to call ahead to ensure availability.
