Fans of Frank Sinatra will have the opportunity to attend a musical review of the highlights of his career Wednesday at the Kimball Theatre.
The musical tribute, titled “It Was A Very Good Year,” is a multi-media performance that will include Sinatra’s hits as well as a look into the ups and downs of his life.
Tony Sands stars as Sinatra, and his performance “will take you on a musical journey as if Frank walked off of the screen and on to the stage to perform,” according to a recent news release from Colonial Williamsburg.
From Sinatra’s earliest days in New York City through his appearances on the silver screen in Hollywood, Sands will strive to capture the spirit and essence of one of the most legendary singers of all time.
The curtain opens on “It Was A Very Good Year” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased here.
