Jamestown has continued its stellar Bay Rivers District season, sweeping Tabb 25-10, 25-11, 25-14 on the road Thursday.
With the sweep of Tabb, Jamestown has played 30 sets in district play without losing.
Led by strong play from Ellie Popelka and Maria Esch, Jamestown cruised past Tabb in all three sets with the closest decided by 11 points.
Jamestown (13-1) has won seven consecutive matches and will look to keep that streak rolling when the Eagles travel to Poquoson on Tuesday.
Conversely, Tabb (2-7) has lost four consecutive matches and will look to rebound next Tuesday on the road against New Kent.

Grafton Edges Poquoson in Straight Sets
Grafton got a fight from Poquoson, but ultimately defeated the Islanders in straight sets 25-23, 25-22, 25-17 on the road Thursday.
Rachel Blitt led Grafton with a double-double of 13 kills and 12 digs, while Sophia Beaudoin paced the defense with 18 digs and eight kills.
While Grafton won the first set by two points and the second set by three points, the Clippers found their groove in the third set and cruised to a comfortable eight-point win.
Grafton (10-5) has won three of its last four matches and is looking to continue a two-match win streak when the Clippers travel to play Bruton on Tuesday.

Bruton Snaps Losing Streak With Win Against Smithfield
Bruton’s volleyball team snapped a three-match losing streak after winning 25-12, 25-14, 23-25, 25-17 against Smithfield on the road Thursday.
The Panthers had four players log double-doubles in the win — Gabby Calloway, Mykael Johnson, Aaliyah Bartlett and Alexa Woolson.
Calloway had 24 digs and 17 kills, Johnson had 31 digs and 12 kills, Bartlett logged 17 assists and 14 digs and Woolson added 19 assists and 11 digs.
Outside of a close loss in the third set, Bruton was clearly the superior team Thursday evening and cruised to victory.
Bruton (3-9) will face a tough test when they host Grafton on Tuesday.

NSA Sweeps HRA
Hampton Roads Academy struggled to keep pace with Nansemond Suffolk Academy during Thursday’s 25-13, 25-12, 25-14 home loss.
The Navigators were outclassed by NSA in every set, with the closest set decided by 11 points.
Megan Leavey paced the Navigators with nine kills and five kills, while Kendall Schroder added 15 digs.
HRA (5-9) will look to rebound at home against Bishop Sullivan on Tuesday.
