Thursday’s outdoor sporting events have been affected by heavy rain in the Historic Triangle over the past three days.

All six field hockey games scheduled for Thursday have been postponed with most games being moved to later in October.

In addition, Hampton Roads Academy’s boys soccer game against Nansemond Suffolk Academy has been postponed.

One soccer game will be played as scheduled today as Walsingham Academy will travel to play Peninsula Catholic.
